Mid-Level Video Editor (Full-Time)

Wanderfield is a creative video production company based in Newcastle. We produce high-quality, story-led content across corporate, commercial, and digital spaces. Our style is cinematic, our workflows are sharp, and we’re growing fast.

We’re looking for a mid-level editor to join the team full-time. You’ll be working on branded content, short-form reels, interviews, and campaign videos. The work is a mix of creative and structured, some days you’re crafting strong sequences, others you’re prepping cutdowns, subtitles, or deliveries. We value editors who can move between both with ease.

You should be confident in Premiere, organised in your workflow, and keen to keep pushing your craft.

What we’re looking for:

• 1–3 years of professional editing experience

• Strong Premiere Pro skills

• Working knowledge of After Effects and Photoshop

• Comfortable managing edits end-to-end within an existing workflow

• Based in or near Newcastle (or planning to move)

Bonus if you:

• Have motion graphics experience

• Are confident with interview and multicam edits

• Understand brand alignment and delivery specs

You’ll be supported by an experienced senior editor and work alongside a creative team across projects with strong creative direction and clear structure. We’re building a production company with quality at its core, and want someone ready to grow with us.
