What You’ll Do:

• Social Media Content Creation: Develop engaging social media posts, reels, and stories to connect with our audience.
• Marketing Campaign Execution: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital platforms to promote our dental services and unique offerings.
• Research and Analysis: Stay on top of industry trends, competitor activity, and target audience insights to enhance our marketing strategies.
• Community Engagement: Manage social media accounts, schedule posts, track performance, and interact with followers.
• Creative Campaign Ideas: Brainstorm and contribute fresh ideas for branding and marketing initiatives.
• Photography and Videography: Organise your photo and video shoots, including editing, to showcase patient journeys, treatments, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Event Support: Help plan and coordinate events, such as educational seminars and patient appreciation days.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Social Media Savvy: Strong knowledge of platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Creative Skills: Basic experience with graphic design or video editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite).
• Passion for Healthcare and Aesthetics: A genuine interest in dental care and creating smiles through digital storytelling.
• Communication and Organization: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Team-Oriented Attitude: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments.

Technical Skills:

• Familiarity with social media analytics tools to track performance and optimize content.
• Experience in photography or video shooting/editing is a strong plus.
