Role Description

This is a remote contract role for a Talent Agent. The Talent Agent will be responsible for sourcing and managing talent for various campaigns and projects. Responsibilities include handling communications, coordinating, and supporting talent career development. The successful candidate will collaborate with teams to ensure the talent is nurtured, while maintaining excellent relationships with clients and industry professionals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and talents
• Proven experience in Sales and the ability to negotiate and close deals
• Skills in Talent Management, including identifying, recruiting, and nurturing talent
• Ability to work independently while delivering quality results in a remote work setting
• Proficiency in using online platforms for talent sourcing and recruitment
• Familiarity with the current screenwriting landscape highly preferred
• Previous experience as a Talent Agent is an advantage. Experienced and new agents welcomed to apply.

Compensation will be discussed.
