Your new role:

The Lead, XR Creative– Immersive Environments plays an integral role in the creative development and visual direction of immersive experiences for television, working under the creative direction and strategy defined by the Director of Graphics Operations.

This role contributes to the creation of virtual sets, AR graphics, and immersive environments with high visual and narrative impact. It integrates spatial design, architectural visualization, and advanced graphic design for real-time applications. The position collaborates cross-functionally with content, technology, operations, and marketing teams to ensure that all XR outputs meet the creative vision, technical standards, and brand expectations of Warner Bros. Discovery across Latin America and international markets.

Your role Accountabilities:

  • Develop immersive design proposals based on the creative direction and strategy provided by the Director of Graphics Operations, ensuring visual and technical alignment across virtual environments and AR experiences.

  • Implement principles of architectural visualization and spatial design using Unreal Engine, creating realistic and visually compelling experiences for television and digital platforms.

  • Design AR graphics elements including 3D logos, player data graphics, billboards and spatial brand elements with an understanding of AR functionality and broadcast dynamics.

  • Collaborate with technical, creative, and content teams to ensure XR projects are executed in line with the original creative intent and meet global brand and operational standards.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Arts or related fields.

  • Fluent English (spoken and written)

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with XR environments, Virtual studios and AR graphic design.

  • Advanced expertise in Unreal Engine for architectural or virtual set visualization.

  • Experience designing real-time graphics, including elements for AR broadcast (logos, stats, overlays, billboards).

  • Experience in the use of artificial intelligence tools for the generation of design proposals.

  • Experience in design project management

The Other Nice to Have:

  • Experience using AR platforms (e.g., Vizrt, Pixotope, Brainstorm , etc.)

  • Experience in regional/global projects involving creative coordination with international teams.

  • Familiarity with live broadcast environments and creative workflows.
