About Bluu Media House
We’re Bluu Media House a premium video production and digital strategy company based on the southern Gold Coast, helping service-based businesses tell their stories with clarity, beauty, and impact.
Founded by filmmaker Guillaume Cornet, with over 20 years of experience in global storytelling, Bluu exists to solve a common problem: incredible businesses struggling to stand out in a noisy, content-saturated world. We partner with ambitious brands to create high-end video content and content marketing strategies that drive engagement, build trust, and convert.
Our clients are in real estate, finance, design, legal, coaching, wellness, etc. but what they have in common is this: they know their brand deserves to look and feel next level.
Why This Role Exists
We’re growing fast and need a Lead Video Editor who can not only edit exceptional video content but who’s also ready to own the post-production process and grow into a leadership role.
You’ll be the editor behind the visuals, but more than that, you’ll be the person building the systems, the quality standards, and eventually the team of editors that supports our biggest clients and monthly retainers.
This isn’t just a technical role. It’s a strategic one.
