USAGE: Buyout (excluding national broadcast). Talent will be paid an additional $5K (+20% Agency if repped) if content is pushed to National Broadcast.
TERM LENGTH: 5 Year Run from initial launch
RENEWAL TERMS: Client retains the right of renewal at the original session fee + 10% for an additional 5 years to include all exclusivities.
CONFLICTS: Talents contract will include a clause holding them from promoting or representing vape/tobacco products for a period of five years after launch.

The Athlete in this spot is a Caucasian male teen appearing between the ages of 16-18 years old.

We see our athlete at a high school sports practice. They are a jock who is strong, muscular, confident, and in peak physical shape. We see him running different drills and slowly getting weaker and running out of breath. We follow him to the side lines where he has to sit and catch his breath, this is new for him. We see how vaping has been impacting his athletic ability.
