The Role

We’re on the lookout for a Junior Videographer to join our content team and dive into a variety of exciting projects — from high-impact product campaigns to behind-the-scenes brand moments that really connect.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll gain valuable experience across two dynamic worlds: performance-driven content (think TikTok ads, Reels, and snappy cutdowns) and documentary-style storytelling (capturing community vibes, athlete features, product shoots, and more).

You’ll sharpen your existing foundation skills in filming, editing, and visual storytelling — learning how to create video content that doesn’t just look amazing but also delivers results. Our Story

LSKD is an Australian-owned and operated brand with our HQ in Loganholme, that prides itself in producing high-quality functional sportswear with a street aesthetic. Ever since our formation we’ve never been content settling for the norm; we’re constantly evolving and challenging the status quo, inspired by the restless few who influence style, shape the future and strive to be 1% better everyday

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

• Assist in filming and editing short-form and long-form content for both organic and paid social platforms

• Support performance marketing content creation — including hook-driven ads, product highlights, and quick-cut UGC-style edits

• Support brand storytelling projects including “Behind LSKD” YouTube series, athlete profiles, and community features

• Help cut down campaign shoots into reels, TikToks, and ad variations

• Be an extra set of hands on larger shoots — helping with camera operation, lighting, audio setup, and gear prep

• Work closely with Lead Videographers to learn best practices in pacing, rhythm, and tone across platforms

• Maintain video file organisation and support post-production workflows

• Be proactive in capturing b-roll, behind-the-scenes footage, and day-to-day content that brings LSKD to life

Essential Skills / Experience

• Creative flair and a passion for design, with a keen eye for aesthetics.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, make data-driven decisions to optimise performance and drive results.
