Junior Videographer

About the Role

We’re looking for a Junior Videographer to join our creative team in Melbourne. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, hands-on creative to work alongside our Senior Videographer, producing high-quality, engaging short-form content for social media platforms.

You’ll assist throughout the full content production cycle — from pre-production planning and on-site shoots to editing and delivery. This is an on-site role based in Melbourne, working closely with the Senior Videographer, marketing team, and studio partners to create visually compelling videos that align with our brand’s voice and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Videographer during shoots and post-production.

• Help set up lighting, audio, and camera equipment for on-site and in-studio shoots.

• Maintain organized file structures and manage equipment as needed.

• Film and produce compelling short-form video content for social media platforms.

• Edit content for vertical-first formats, with attention to pacing and storytelling.

• Collaborate with marketing, brand, and studio teams to bring creative briefs to life.

• Participate in content planning, shoot scheduling, and on-site production.

• Deliver edits promptly while maintaining quality and brand consistency.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in content creation, particularly social-first video.

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.

• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, shoot composition, and audio.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Must be based in Melbourne and available to work from our office and on location as required.
