Were on the hunt for a creative videographer who lives for crafting visuals that stop the scroll and demand action from the viewer. A creative multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced team and delivers jaw-dropping content on tight deadlines. Someone who isnt afraid to experiment with bold visuals, quirky edits, and fresh storytelling techniques to make our content stand out on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and beyond.

We need someone who understands video trends for all ages and who are not afraid to utilise the latest emerging video platforms and trends. Your work will shape how thousands see and engage with Africas top education brands.

What you need for the job

Technical Skills:

· Operate professional cameras and audio equipment to capture high-quality video and stills.

· Set up cameras, lighting, and microphones for interviews, ensuring crisp visuals and clear audio in diverse settings.

· Produce and edit engaging content using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop/Lightroom, with an eye for color grading and composition.

· Create dynamic motion graphics and titles using After Effects or similar tools to enhance storytelling.

· Capture and edit photos with strong composition, lighting, and editing skills for marketing campaigns and social media.

· Stay ahead of trends by creating platform-native content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or emerging platforms, with an understanding of algorithms and audience engagement.

· Meticulous file management and version control and regularly cleaning up your machine.

· Following a consistent editing process, and folder structure in your project file to ensure projects can easily be handed over if needed.

· Bonus: Experience with AI editing tools (e.g., Runway, Descript), AR/VR filters, or DaVinci Resolve for advanced color grading.

Soft Skills:

· Unleash bold, original ideas that turn educational content into viral, memorable stories.

· Stay up to date with social media trends, adapting quickly to new platforms, styles, and audience preferences.

· Collaborate seamlessly with designers and copywriters while confidently owning solo projects without micromanagement.

· Master time management to juggle multiple shoots, edits, and deadlines with precision and polish.

· Solve problems creatively, adapting to challenges like tight deadlines, equipment issues, or last-minute changes.

· Clear communication with your team and management around progress of a project.
