What the job involves..

Reviewing raw footage, shaping narrative arcs, and editing sequences

Adding motion design to enhance storytelling and visuals

Envisioning and delivering the final piece – from pacing to polish

Learning and experimenting with AI tools and virtual production techniques

Collaborating closely with Creative Director and production crew

Adapting swiftly to changing briefs in a fast-paced environment

What you need to be considered..

1–3 years’ experience in video editing and motion design (it’s important to have both skills)

Solid understanding of storytelling, pacing and visual flow

Familiarity with Premiere and After Effects

Curious, agile and ready to learn – especially AI-driven workflows

Comfortable in a hands-on, multi-discipline, rapid environment

Attention to detail and a strong work ethic

Bonus points if you..

Have experience with Unreal Engine or virtual production

Are keen to explore AI-generated content and workflows

Can pitch ideas, own your edits and strive for creative excellence
