Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an In-house Videographer located in Gold Coast, QLD. The Videographer will be responsible for video production, camera operation, lighting, shooting video, video direction/ conceptualising ideas and camera work on a day-to-day basis for both property videos and social content.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong creative initiative and the ability to work independently from concept to completion. Given a video brief, they should be able to take ownership of the project — developing the creative direction, planning and organising production, and ensuring the final piece is delivered on time and in line with brand guidelines.

• Video Production and Shooting Video skills

• Camera Operation and Lighting skills

• Experience in camera work

• Attention to detail and creativity

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus

• Relevant certification or degree in videography or a related field is a plus

• Experience in real estate videography is a plus

• Drone videography experience is a plus

• Experience with filming for social media is a must

• Having and using your own videography equipment is a significant advantage.
