Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer with a proven track record in shaping and
leading brand identities. This role goes beyond execution—you will define our visual
standards, and ensure every design element reflects a cohesive and powerful brand
presence.
Lead the development and evolution of the company’s brand identity across all
platforms and touchpoints.
Conceptualize and design impactful campaigns across digital, print, events, and
learning materials.
Translate complex ideas into compelling and visually consistent storytelling.
Oversee and review the work of other designers to ensure alignment with brand
standards.
Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive
edge.
Create videos that align with the brand’s message, Stay up-to-date with video
editing trends
Job Requirements
1-2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role, Degree in
Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and other relevant design
tools.
• Excellent understanding of visual design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
• Strong communication skills to articulate design concepts and receive feedback.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with current design trends and digital marketing best practices.
• Experience working with brand guidelines and maintaining visual consistency.
• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere & CapCut .
