About the job:

Key Responsibilities:

A. Graphic design:
1. Design static and animated graphics for posts, stories, banners, and thumbnails.
2. Create brand assets including intros, outros, lower thirds, overlays, and infographics.
3. Develop and maintain branded templates using tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
4. Ensure visual consistency across formats, channels, and campaigns.

B Video editing:
1. Edit short-form videos for platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
2. Work on long-form content such as YouTube videos and podcast episodes.
3. Trim footage, add transitions, color grade, and apply motion graphics, subtitles, and background music for a polished finish.
4. Repurpose webinars or walkthroughs into engaging, bite-sized content optimized for social media.
5. Use tools like Klap or Canva to turn raw clips into impactful visual stories.

Other Requirements:

1. 0 – 1 years of experience in video editing or graphic design (internships count).

4. Understanding of core design principles- typography, layout, color, motion, and hierarchy.

5. Organized, deadline-driven, and capable of juggling multiple creative projects.

6. Proactive, curious, and collaborative mindset- you love learning and experimenting.
