Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated General Laborer to perform a variety of miscellaneous tasks in our shop. The successful candidate will contribute to a clean, organized, and productive work environment by assisting with trimming, packaging, packing, and general cleaning duties.

Key Responsibilities:
-Trim and prepare materials as needed to support production
-Create and assemble packages for shipment or storage
-Pack finished products securely and efficiently
-Maintain a clean and safe work area through regular cleaning and organization
-Assist with miscellaneous shop duties as assigned by supervisors
-Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE
-Report any equipment or material shortages to the supervisor

Qualifications:
-Prior experience in a shop or warehouse environment preferred
-Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail
-Basic manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination
-Willingness to learn and take on a variety of tasks
-Good organizational skills and reliability
-Ability to lift moderate weights and stand for extended periods
-Strong work ethic and team player attitude
