We’re now seeking a multi‑talented Content Creator based in Madrid who can bring our visual world to life across digital platforms—from editorial campaigns and behind‑the‑scenes storytelling to scroll‑stopping social content.

What You’ll Do

• Ideation & Creative Concepting
  Develop creative ideas, campaign concepts, and storytelling angles aligned with the Laboosh aesthetic.
  Research fashion, social, and cultural trends to keep our content fresh and relevant.
• Pre‑Production Planning
  Build mood boards, shot lists, and storyboards for upcoming shoots.
  Plan styling, models, locations, and shoot logistics.
• Photography & Videography
  Capture editorial, product, and lifestyle imagery.
  Shoot dynamic videos for campaigns, reels, and lookbooks.
  Confidently work with lighting, composition, and professional camera setups.
• Editing & Post‑Production
  Retouch and color‑grade images to luxury standards.
  Edit video content (reels, teasers, campaign films) with a strong sense of rhythm and brand identity.
• Copywriting & Captions
  Write short‑form copy and captions that reflect the Laboosh voice—bold, confident, and fashion‑forward.
• Publishing & Scheduling
  Manage the content calendar and publish across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
  Ensure each post aligns with brand tone and seasonal campaigns.
• Engagement & Analytics
  Interact with followers, respond to messages, and monitor engagement.
  Track content performance and use insights to refine future creative.
• Collaboration & Coordination
  Work closely with marketing, design, and PR teams.
  Collaborate with stylists, models, influencers, and production partners.
• Stay Ahead of Trends
  Keep up with new formats, platform updates, and fashion media trends.
  Experiment with innovative ideas—short films, AR filters, AI‑generated content, etc.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in fashion content creation, ideally within a luxury or high‑end streetwear brand.
• Strong skills in photography, videography, and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, After Effects).
• Deep understanding of social media storytelling—especially Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• A visually obsessive eye for detail, composition, and light.
• Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
• Highly organized, self‑driven, and able to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
