Job Position(s): Production Assistant

Floyd County Productions is looking for a Production Assistant to work alongside a Production Manager and staff of an upcoming television series!

Job Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with other Project Managers, Producers, and Artists.

• This job is a myriad of random tasks. Production Assistants will gain professional experience in the job. Here is an example of tasks that may be asked of this position:

• Schedule meetings and help maintain calendars

• Take notes during meetings and distribute to appropriate staff in a timely manner

• Help Production Management collect, organize and maintain assets for a project

• Document notes and revisions between Floyd County Productions and Client

• Uploading artwork, descriptions, and materials

• Helping to organize assignments and track progress within the company’s production management software

• Download and disperse imagery to appropriate staff

Requirements:

• Extremely proficient in database applications like Google Sheets, Excel, and Numbers

• Able to articulate with good verbal and written skills and have clear communication skills

• Ability to handle discreet and confidential information

• Ability to switch between tasks at a moments notice

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills; able to locate answers or assets quickly

• Interested in creative problem solving

• Self-Motivated

• Must be proactive and a positive thinker

• Professional and friendly disposition when communicating with vendors, clients, and other 3rd party contributors

Pay: $14.00 per hour
