Film Crew for Music Video

A friend of mine who’s is great singer has tasked me with the responsibility to create a music video for one song on his upcoming second EP.

I’m a full-time photographer and videographer, and have done lots of video projects in the past almost by myself.
However I’m trying to achieved something more than just a solo project. Something meaningful and create something that hopefully will open doors to new projects and experiences.

I realized I can’t do this alone.
The strength of the video will come from the people involve and their help and determination to contribute for project.
So I’m looking for people that want to join me, that want to share their knowledge and time as much or as little as they are willing to do.
I do not have the friends to rely on so that’s why I’m openly asking the film community, whoever new, student, enthusiast, etc. that wants to come together for the sake of creating.

Budget? I’m not doing this for money and while we have a budget for the video I have no idea of what will the production cost will be, so I don’t want to promise anything that I can’t deliver.
I know this is vague in what I’m exactly looking for, when and how long, but is really the first step of everything.
