MONTREAL – LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED ONLINE EDITOR TO WORK ON CBC’s THE DETECTIVES, SEASON 3!
The ideal candidate has the following experience:
– Proficient in the latest versions of Da Vinci Resolve, Adobe After Effects and Adobe Photoshop
– Generating supers and credit rolls
– Animating graphic elements
– Retouching photos
– Blurring logos
– Stabilizing shots
– Creating visual effects and making minor color adjustments
– Modifying compression levels and frame rates of archival footage
– Outputting final master sequences per the broadcasters’ specifications
– Screening masters for quality control
The ideal candidate is:
– Attentive to details
– Highly organized
– Efficient juggling multiple deadlines, requests and last minute changes
– Able to work under pressure
Available from October – December, 1-3 days per week (flexible schedule)
