Domestic Production Assistant/Data Entry

• Data Entry:

• Accurately input text and numerical data into spreadsheets and databases.
• Transfer data from various sources (e.g., paper documents, emails) into digital formats.
• Maintain and update existing data in spreadsheets and databases.
• Data Verification and Accuracy:

• Review source documents and data for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and correct errors or discrepancies in data.
• Data Management:

• Organize and maintain data in spreadsheets and databases.
• Assist in data retrieval and reporting.
• Other Tasks:

• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel: Strong knowledge of Excel functions, formulas, and formatting.
• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and ability to identify errors.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to organize and manage data effectively.
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve data-related issues.
• Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with common computer software and hardware.
• Experience with NetSuite (Optional): Experience with NetSuite software is a plus.
