Position Summary:

ABC Imaging is currently seeking a Document Scanning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in document scanning, proficient in handling both small and large documents with a strong emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

– Operate high-speed scanning equipment to digitize documents.

– Ensure the accurate scanning of both small and large documents, maintaining high-quality standards.

– Organize and prepare documents for scanning, including sorting and removing staples or bindings as necessary.

– Monitor scanning progress and troubleshoot any issues with the equipment.

– Perform quality checks on scanned documents to ensure clarity and completeness.

– Maintain an organized digital filing system for easy retrieval of scanned documents.

– Collaborate with team members to improve scanning processes and workflows.

Qualifications:

– 2-3 years of experience as a Scanning Operator or similar role.

-Must be able to pass a background check.

-Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

-Basic computer proficiency and comfort working with digital files.

– Experience with scanning both small and large documents.

– Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

– Familiarity with scanning software and equipment.

– Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

– Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
