We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Director of Product Management to lead our software product team in MT&O Media Systems Development. In this strategic role, you will drive the development and execution of cutting-edge software solutions that power our internal operations across various departments within the organization. our primary focus will be on enhancing workflows, boosting productivity, and optimizing efficiency by delivering tailored, innovative software products that meet the unique demands of our media and entertainment ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and approve the implementation of product strategies that align with organizational goals, emphasizing the improvement of processes.
  • Prepare, manage, and adhere to budgets for the internal software development projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
  • Champion the creation and updating of documentation for all developed software, ensuring adherence to organizational standards.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from planning to deployment and updates, focusing on internal user needs and system integration challenges.
  • Lead a team that collaborates with department heads and IT teams to identify software needs, gaps in current systems, and opportunities for innovation.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of software development projects, meeting deadlines, budget constraints, and project scope requirements.
  • Partner with Engineering to track and evaluate software performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize outcomes across the organization.
  • Mentor and lead a team of product managers and associated staff, setting clear objectives and promoting continuous professional growth.
  • Regularly communicate progress, risks, timelines, milestones, and key metrics to stakeholders and senior management, ensuring transparency and alignment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Director of Product or similar managerial role with a focus on software development for internal operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage sizable budgets and complex resource allocation.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically about how software solutions impact internal operations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with proven success in managing multifunctional teams.
  • Proficient in using software development management tools and platforms, and project management applications.
