Your New Role

As Director of Organic Growth, you will lead Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) and SEO strategy for Max.com, with a strong focus on scaling experimentation and performance across EMEA markets. Sitting at the intersection of marketing, product, analytics, and regional teams, you’ll drive data-led improvements to the user journey, with CRO as the primary lever to increase acquisition and retention.

You’ll shape the performance roadmap, enable regional teams with frameworks and best practices, and partner closely with product and experimentation teams to execute high-impact tests. This role demands strong leadership, a test-and-learn mindset, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Your Role Accountabilities

CRO & Experimentation (Primary Focus)

  • Define and lead a CRO strategy across the Max.com user journey.
  • Partner with product and UX teams to plan and execute high-impact A/B and multivariate tests.
  • Enable regional teams with guidance and tools for test ideation and optimisation.
  • Champion a test-and-learn culture across marketing, with a focus on iterative improvement.
  • Translate test results into actionable insights and scale winning variants globally.
  • Track performance against targets and ensure learnings are shared and applied consistently.

SEO Strategy (Secondary Focus)

  • Lead the marketing strategy for SEO to support organic traffic growth across EMEA.
  • Collaborate with technical SEO teams and regional marketers on on-site optimisation.
  • Set performance benchmarks and monitor ongoing SEO effectiveness to support long-term visibility.

Organic Growth Leadership

  • Shape and maintain the organic performance roadmap aligned with acquisition goals.
  • Act as a key marketing stakeholder in cross-functional forums, representing CRO and SEO priorities.
  • Ensure alignment across regional and global teams to support effective execution of initiatives.

Skills and Experience Required

  • 10+ years in digital growth roles, with deep expertise in CRO and strong understanding of SEO.
  • Proven track record driving growth through experimentation and user journey optimisation.
  • Strong analytical and performance measurement skills, with hands-on experience using testing tools.
  • Experience partnering with product, engineering, and UX teams to deliver impactful change.
  • Ability to lead and influence across complex organisations and multiple regional stakeholders.
