A leading global travel and event management company is seeking a Team Lead to oversee its Creative Events function. This is an exciting opportunity to lead, inspire, and develop a talented team, driving high performance and delivering exceptional experiences for clients.
As Team Lead, you’ll manage creative operations end-to-end — from concept to onsite delivery — ensuring excellence across major projects. You’ll foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement while supporting your team’s professional growth.
What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in end-to-end event management, including onsite delivery, ideally in a corporate environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and manage a creative, collaborative team
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence presenting to senior stakeholders
• Expertise in presentation creation and formatting
• Strong commercial acumen — confident managing budgets, profitability, and supplier relationships
• Ability to identify and escalate risks and opportunities effectively
• Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced, evolving environments
• A solution-driven mindset and calm approach under pressure
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
• Excellent product knowledge of event suppliers, venues, and destinations
• Strong attention to detail, customer service, and negotiation skills
• Highly organised, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects to tight deadlines
• Experience with Cvent, other event technologies, and creative asset management systems (preferred)
• Willingness to travel and occasionally work outside standard hours
