Digital Designer & Video Editor

We’re looking for a creative and versatile Digital Designer & Video Editor to bring our brand stories to life across digital channels. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing engaging visual content that captures attention and drives results. From concept to final delivery, you’ll collaborate with internal teams, manage multiple projects, and deliver high-quality design and video assets that align with business goals. You’ll thrive on creative problem-solving, stay on top of digital trends, and consistently push for fresh, innovative ideas that elevate our content.

Job Roles and Responsibilities

• Creating digital advertising materials ie. banners, EDMs, social media graphics

• Producing animations, motion graphics, or interactive elements

• Importing and organising raw footage

• Cutting, trimming, and sequencing clips into a cohesive video

• Adding music, sound effects, and voiceovers

• Incorporating graphics, titles, motion effects, or animations

• Colour correction and grading for consistency and mood

• Exporting videos in required formats for TV, social media, or web

• Ensuring video content aligns with technical specs, brand guidelines, and deadlines

• Maintain file system of footage for each product

Requirements:

• A hard working & motivated person who can multitask and work proactively

• Excellent time management skills

• Video, photography & content creation skills including aerial video/photos, video editing, scripting, voiceover with visual effects and onscreen text

• Familiar with all necessary software and programs to perform duties ie Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dimension) After Effects

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Flexible attitude that is prepared to assist other marketing team members in both the office and warehouse environments.

• Self-motivation & a growth mindset with a continual improvement focus for themselves and the business.
