This leading fashion brand is seeking an experienced and talented Multimedia Specialist to join their team full-time in-house. Working closely with the Marketing team, you’ll be responsible for creating a wide range of high-impact digital assets—with a strong focus on video production, alongside essential graphic design, photography, and retouching for campaigns across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities

Produce engaging video content from concept to completion, including filming, editing, sound design, and motion graphics

Design high-quality graphics for digital campaigns, social media, websites, emails, and occasional print materials

Shoot and manage photography projects for product, lifestyle, and marketing purposes

Perform advanced photo retouching and manipulation, maintaining brand consistency

Integrate animated graphics, visual effects, and motion typography into videos

Develop visual concepts that communicate brand messaging across media types

Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver creative briefs effectively
-
Optimise multimedia content for various platforms to ensure peak performance

Organise and manage the digital asset library

Stay updated with trends in multimedia, design, and digital content creation

Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and technical standards
Qualifications & Attributes

Bachelor’s degree in Film, Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field

Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in video production, graphic design, and photography

A strong portfolio demonstrating your skills across video, design, and photography

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)

Proven ability to manage all stages of video production—from storyboarding and filming to editing and post-production

Excellent aesthetic judgment and storytelling skills

Strong attention to detail across visual and technical specifications

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

Understanding of branding and visual communication, especially in fashion/lifestyle contexts
