Your New Role…
The Crew Coordinator will assist with day to day functions of the Remote Crewing department. Duties include, managing crew grids, building crew profiles in databases, and preparation of crewing materials for distribution.
Your Role Accountabilities…
-
Support linear, digital productions and delivering high quality talent across all sports properties by communicating status updates with production.

Manage the day to day crewing of assigned productions

Collaborate with the Tech Ops, Remote Ops and production management team for crew needs,

Create Work Orders and other information needed in the scheduling system
Qualifications & Experiences…
-
Basic knowledge of Remote and studio productions
-
2 years experience in television production
-
Computer literacy to include, Concur, WorkDay, Excel, MS Word, Power Point, Outlook, Media Pulse, and Xytech a plus.
-
Excellent communication skills to converse with technical crews and local crewing companies.
-
Analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
-
Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays pending the production

Demonstrate knowledge of technical crew positions and duties for remote TV Productions
