CREATIVE VIDEO STORYTELLER & EDITOR – FAST-GROWING CONSUMER BRAND IN A DIGITAL-FIRST INDUSTRY

We’re working with a rapidly scaling brand looking to expand its creative team with the addition of a talented Creative Video Storyteller & Editor. This is a key opportunity to take ownership of short-form video production across paid and organic channels, crafting standout content that engages audiences and drives growth. You’ll be joining a collaborative and values-led marketing team, contributing to the brand’s wider mission through sharp storytelling and performance-focused creative.
What they need –

  • Someone with 3+ years of experience in video editing and content production, ideally within consumer, ecommerce, or lifestyle-led environments
  • A designer who’s as comfortable behind the camera as they are in the edit suite – you’ll concept, direct, shoot, and edit content for paid and organic platforms
  • Someone with a native feel for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and emerging video formats
  • A digital creative who’s excited by fast-paced, cross-functional collaboration – working closely with marketing, brand, and social teams
  • Someone who brings initiative and energy, and thrives in a growth-focused, remote-friendly environment

What you’re great at –

  • Editing with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut (or similar), and delivering polished video assets optimised for Meta, TikTok, and more
  • Crafting scroll-stopping ads, social clips, and product-focused videos with emotional hooks and smart CTAs
  • Shooting short-form content quickly using a phone or camera – both self-shot and talent-directed
  • Managing multiple edits and feedback cycles while maintaining creative quality and clarity
  • Organising video assets, refining scripting, and evolving creative approaches based on data and audience insights
