Now we’re looking for a Creative Video Editor to join our growing team.
Someone who doesn’t just cut clips — but turns raw footage, ideas, and briefs into thumb‑stopping, conversion‑driving content.
Your Mission
You’ll be the go‑to person for creating and editing short‑form videos that power our marketing campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, Meta, Google, and Amazon Ads.
At a later stage, you’ll also contribute to editing long‑form content for our e‑commerce academy and brand storytelling projects (including YouTube).
This role blends creativity, technical skill, and attention to detail. You’ll be working with different brands and teams — adapting your style while maintaining a consistent high‑quality output.
What You’ll Do
- Edit short‑form videos for TikTok, Instagram, Meta, Google, and Amazon Ads.
- Build ad variations, optimize pacing and rhythm for each platform, and tailor edits for A/B testing.
- Collaborate with creative strategists, copywriters, and founders to bring storyboards and briefs to life.
- Repurpose raw video assets into dynamic edits that drive attention and conversion.
- Use modern editing tools — including AI‑assisted video generation platforms — to speed up workflows and enhance creativity.
- Support the production of long‑form educational or brand videos when needed.
- Stay ahead of platform trends and editing styles to keep content relevant and fresh.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Proven experience as a video editor or creative editor for performance and social media content.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative storytelling, clean editing, and mastery of short‑form content.
- Excellent command of video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar).
- Familiarity with AI‑driven video generation tools and a willingness to experiment with new tech.
- Understanding of platform dynamics and creative best practices for TikTok, Instagram, and Meta.
- Strong sense of timing, rhythm, and visual composition.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Based in the European time zone and available for full‑time collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on videos for e‑commerce brands or digital products.
- Motion design or graphic design skills (After Effects, Canva, or Figma).
- Experience editing educational or storytelling‑driven content.
- Ability to work with multiple brands and adjust creative tone accordingly.
- Passion for startups, creativity, and experimentation.

- Full‑time freelance position (long‑term collaboration).
- 100% remote, with team operating in CET time zone.
- Competitive salary based on experience and portfolio. €1750/month + Performance based incentives.
