Job Position(s): Creative Coordinator We’re looking for an energetic, self-directed creative type to provide administrative and creative support to the EVP and General Manager of Sony Pictures Television Kids. The ideal candidate has knowledge/interest in animation, kids’ media, and pop culture.Responsibilities:

- Provide full administrative support including maintaining schedules and contacts, booking travel, processing expense reports, running errands, purchasing research materials, delivering packages, fielding incoming calls, etc.
- Coordinate conference calls, organize video conference calls, answer phones (when necessary), relay messages in a timely manner, and respond to messages when appropriate.
- Help to maintain creative team’s filing systems, including the accurate filing of all pertinent paperwork (e.g., memos, research reports, pitch documents, etc.) and AV materials (e.g., DVD’s, etc.), associated with projects, as well as circulating, tracking, and filing misc. credits/resumes, letters, reels from prospective creative talent (animators, writers, illustrators, etc.)
- Provide support with visuals and other materials which may be needed for presentations, markets, licensing, web, and other platform content (e.g. One-sheets, show bibles, synopsis, scripts, character descriptions, character interrelation, catalogue presentations, charts, surveys, ads, mobile content, web content, blog content, licensing reference).
- Assist with creative quality and help shape content through all stages of the production process to the model established during development.
- Help to generate creative notes, as well as track and manage notes from partners, broadcasters, and third parties vendors.
- Read and analyze projects being considered or already in development
- Prepare necessary materials for meetings
- Participate in creative meetings and conference calls upon request
- Source supporting material throughout various stages of production including animatics and offline and ensure timely delivery of files to Animation Studio, Partners, etc (where applicable.)
- Provide general office support duties as requested.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in all MS Office Suite Products in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to prioritize and multitask to ensure that all assignments are completed in an accurate and timely manner
- Ability to creatively analyze and assess content
- Detail orientated
- Administrative experience in a production/creative environment a plus
