Your New Role

The Coordinator, Total Rewards provides essential administrative and operational support to the Total Rewards team. This role is heavily involved in preparing documentation, managing spreadsheets, developing presentations, coordinating logistics, and supporting day-to-day processes related to compensation, benefits, and recognition programs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Your Role Accountabilities

  • Create, format, and maintain professional presentations in PowerPoint for internal meetings, leadership reviews, and project updates.
  • Manage and update spreadsheets and trackers related to compensation, benefits, and project timelines.
  • Track deadlines and deliverables for compensation and benefits programs.
  • Enter and maintain data in Excel and P&C systems (e.g., compensation data, benefits enrollment tracking).
  • Assist in compiling data and preparing reports or dashboards for internal use.
  • Perform basic data checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Organize TR Events and Operations to include Town Halls, recognition, 1×1 update templates, inter department reoccurring communications, etc for effectiveness and productivity.
  • Support logistics for training sessions, benefit fairs, and employee information sessions.
  • Support coordination with vendors by organizing documentation, tracking deliverables, and assisting with meeting logistics.
  • Coordinate annual department budgeting process and ongoing compliance.
  • Assist in drafting memos, emails, and employee-facing documents related to Total Rewards programs.
  • In partnership with the EA for the EVP, Total Rewards, coordinate calendars, travel, meals, ordering, prepare agendas and materials for Total Rewards-related meetings and presentations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in HR or a corporate environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, formatting, data entry) and PowerPoint (presentation design and layout).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a professional, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting teams in benefits, compensation, or broader P&C functions.
  • Highest level of discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $55,867.00 – $103,752.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
