Salary:

SGD $10.00 – $12.00 per hour.

We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Part-Time Content Production Assistant to support our educational marketing team. The ideal candidate is a current Polytechnic or University student with a passion for social media trends and mobile videography.

You will be responsible for the on-site production of short-form video content (TikTok/Reels), ensuring high-quality audio, lighting, and performance delivery from our teaching talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mobile Videography: Execute filming of provided scripts using mobile devices (iPhone preferred), ensuring optimal framing (9:16 vertical formats) and visual quality.

• On-Set Direction & Talent Coaching: Act as the primary director on set; provide real-time, constructive feedback to talent (teachers) to improve vocal projection, energy levels, and on-camera presence.

• Technical Operations: Manage audio equipment (wireless microphones) and basic lighting setups to ensure professional production standards.

• Data Management: Facilitate the immediate upload and organization of raw footage to cloud storage servers.

• Note: This role focuses exclusively on production and filming. Post-production video editing is not required.

  Job Requirements:

  • Education: Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (Mass Communications, Media Production, Marketing, or related fields preferred).

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in mobile videography and familiarity with TikTok/Instagram Reels trends. Experience with the Apple ecosystem (iPhone/AirDrop) is highly advantageous for workflow efficiency.

  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a high-energy, influential personality. Must possess the confidence to provide direct performance feedback to adult professionals/stakeholders.

  • Commitment: Able to commit 3–4 hours per week on-site.

  • Schedule: Availability on Friday or Saturday afternoons is preferred.
