As our Visual Content Creator, you’ll lead photography and videography efforts for products and projects—capturing and editing high‑quality stills and footage to enhance brand storytelling across digital platforms and marketing channels. Projects may include product launches, interiors/fit‑outs, installations, and corporate showcases.


Key Responsibilities

Product & Project Photography

  • Capture sharp, well‑lit images of products, installations, interiors, and fit‑out projects.

  • Style and compose visuals with attention to lighting, angles, and aesthetic consistency.

  • Retouch and process imagery using tools like Lightroom, Photoshop or Capture One.

  • Organise and manage digital assets, ensuring consistent workflows and backups.

Project/Product Videography & Video Editing

  • Plan, film, and produce video content covering product use‑cases, project walkthroughs, training, installation time‑lapses, and brand storytelling.

  • Handle all on‑site shoot setup: lighting, camera, audio recording and coordination.

  • Edit footage into polished content tailored to platform specifications (e.g. landscape, vertical, reels).

  • Add motion graphics, audio, effects and overlays

  • Deliver short‑form and long‑form video assets aligned with campaign goals and brand guidelines.

Collaboration & Workflow

  • Partner with marketing, creative, operations, and project teams to align visual content with campaign objectives.

  • Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Monitor creative trends to keep content fresh and relevant.


Qualifications & Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in photography and videography, specifically in product and project-based work

  • Strong editing skills with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, Lightroom.

  • Solid understanding of lighting techniques for both still images and video.

  • Creative storytelling capability and a refined visual aesthetic.

  • Adaptable and collaborative team player, comfortable in a fast-moving environment

  • Portfolio showcasing product shoots, project/interior photography and video editing examples is essential.

Preferred / Bonus:

  • Motion graphics or light VFX experience (After Effects).

  • Experience with time‑lapse or event-style shoot setups.

  • Familiarity with analytics to measure video engagement.
