Key Responsibilities:

• Filming, editing and delivering high quality content for our campaigns, socials, product launches and community moments

• Working closely with our Senior Content Creator and the wider team to plan and produce on brand video content

• Bringing creative concepts to life across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and beyond

• Using your production skills to shoot with professional camera gear in a variety of environments, from in the studio to on the go

• Editing using Adobe Suite and DaVinci Resolve

• Staying on top of trends, social algorithms and content strategies to drive engagement and growth

• Contributing to campaign development by brainstorming ideas, planning shoots and executing content that stops the scroll

• Travelling as required for location shoots, content days and events

• Representing the EE brand and building strong relationships through your networking and communication skills

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in content creation, video production or creative media (campaign experience is a big plus)

• A strong creative eye and a passion for storytelling through visuals

• Confidence working with professional camera equipment (this is a must)

• Strong video editing skills, particularly in Adobe Suite and DaVinci Resolve

• A solid understanding of social trends, platform algorithms and strategies for audience growth and engagement

• Willingness to travel and work on location when required

• A current driver’s licence and your own reliable car
