We’re Remote Sales Institute, and we’ve already empowered over 500 professionals to launch high-paying remote sales careers. Now, we’re looking for our first in-house content creator to take our YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok channels from strong foundations → to global brand authority.
This isn’t a side hustle role. If you’re juggling freelancing clients and want something “flexible” to slot in, this won’t be a fit. You need to be obsessed with brand-building, content growth, and owning the creative process. You’ll have full creative control, direct mentorship, and the chance to grow into leading an entire creative team as we scale.

What You’ll Do

Own the end-to-end content process: ideation, scripting, filming, editing, publishing and monitoring results.

Produce 1–2 long-form YouTube videos per week plus 5–10 short-form reels/TikToks.

Design thumbnails, titles, hooks, and CTAs to drive maximum growth.

Run experiments, track analytics, and constantly optimise for reach, retention, and conversions.

Collaborate with our founders to align content with brand growth + sales funnels.

Stay on the pulse of what’s working for top creators—and apply it fast.

Manage the company’s social channels across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn

Schedule posts, manage content calendars, and ensure consistent publishing

Track analytics and content performance (views, engagement, retention, leads)

Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and content formats

Provide weekly performance reports and insights to guide strategy
Who You Are
-
A creator first—you’ve grown social channels (personal or professional) with video content.
-
Obsessed with the game of YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and content growth.
-
Proficient with cameras, audio, lighting, and editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.).
-
Strong at storytelling, copywriting, and creating scroll-stopping hooks.
-
Entrepreneurial & fast-moving—you think like a founder, not an employee.

Thrive in feedback-driven, high-performance environments.

Based on or willing to relocate to the Gold Coast (we shoot in Palm Beach), the role will also require you to travel with us interstate and internationally.
This Role is NOT for You If…

You prefer following instructions over owning the creative process.

Deep knowledge of YouTube publishing, retention strategies, and analytics.
