We’re a fast-growing coaching brand empowering over 500 professionals to achieve career and financial freedom through remote sales. We’re seeking a results driven Videographer & Content Creator to lead our YouTube and Instagram channels as the first member of our in-house content team.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Plan, script, film, edit, and publish 1-2 long-form videos per week for YouTube and 5-10 short-form reels per week for Instagram and Tik Tok.

  • Optimise videos with compelling thumbnails, titles, tags, and CTAs to maximise views and drive inbound sales.

  • Collaborate with founders and marketing team to align content with brand goals and sales funnels.

  • Analyse performance metrics (e.g., views, engagement, conversion rates) to refine strategies and report weekly insights.

  • Lead weekly content planning to maintain a consistent publishing schedule.

  • Stay ahead of trends by studying top creators and applying growth tactics.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience creating and editing high performance video content for Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts (professional or high-quality personal projects accepted).

  • Experience with growing accounts and audiences through creating and posting great content.

  • Proficient with DSLR cameras, lenses, microphones, lighting, and editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro).

  • Strong writing and design skills with a keen eye for digital brand tone and storytelling.

  • Passion for mastering YouTube growth strategies and audience engagement.

  • Highly proactive, organised, and able to manage projects independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and willingness to take ownership, just like our founders.

  • Positive, collaborative attitude that thrives in a high-performance, feedback-driven culture.

  • Based in or willing to relocate to the Gold Coast area with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required for on-location shoots).

Bonus Points For

  • Experience with YouTube publishing, analytics, and retention strategies (e.g., A/B testing thumbnails, optimising watch time).

  • Knowledge of direct-response marketing or performance-based scripting (hooks, storytelling, CTAs).

  • Familiarity with growing audiences on Youtube, Instagram, TikTok, or other social platforms.

  • Passion for personal development, career coaching, or helping others achieve professional success.
