Content Creator/ Video Editor

About the role

Medilin Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Content Creator/Video Editor to join our team in Sungai Petani, Kedah. As a full-time content creator, you will be responsible for developing engaging and visually compelling content across a variety of platforms to support the company’s marketing and communication efforts.

What you’ll be doing

1. Conceptualise, produce and edit high-quality video content for use on the company’s website, social media channels and other digital platforms

2. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand content requirements and bring creative ideas to life

3. Shoot, edit and polish video footage to meet brand guidelines and creative standards

4. Manage the end-to-end video production process, from storyboarding to post-production

5. Optimize video content for different social media platforms and channels

6. Stay up-to-date with the latest video production trends and technologies

7. Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and messaging

What we’re looking for

1. 2-3 years of experience in video production, content creation or a similar creative role

2. Strong proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve

3. Excellent videography and photography skills, with the ability to capture high-quality footage

4. Creative flair and the ability to conceptualise and execute engaging video content

5. Good understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms

6. Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with the marketing team

7. Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
