COMPOSER
We’re looking for a composer for our short documentary Forced Disappearance. It’s about Lateef Johar Baluch, a refugee who went on a 46 day long hunger strike to protest the abduction of his political leader.
We’re a very small team who made the documentary on a shoestring budget. Still, we can pay a small fee of 200 dollars for a few minutes of music. We’re looking for simple, melancholy, solo piano pieces. The music we used as temp tracks were Beethoven’s Moonlight Sonata, Chopin’s Nocturne and Tchaikovsky’s The Seasons.
If you think you would be a good fit for this project, please email me some of your work. We’re accepting applicants from all of Canada, but we are based in Toronto.
I look forward to hearing your stuff!
