Hiring Unit:
Centre for Interdisciplinary Research in Music Media and Technology (CIRMMT)
Position Summary:
Under the direction of the immediate supervisor, the incumbent will be responsible for editing the video recordings made during the year for CIRMMT events.
Primary Duties
- Provides audio/visual support by verifing event content and submits records to client as required.
- Captures and edits the CIRMMT Distinguished lectures and other event videos as required.
- Maintains work area.
- The list of functions outlined above is representative and not a complete and detailed list of tasks which may be performed by an incumbent. For example, incumbents may be asked to perform some elements of Audio/Video Assistant level “A” and/or “B” tasks in addition to the above listed functions.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree and / or equivalent professional experience.
- Video editing experience vital, particularly using Davinci Resolve.
Other Qualifying Skills and/or Abilities
- Capacity to work independently.
- Advanced knowledge of audio/video or graphic software.

Minimum Education and Experience: High School Diploma 2 Years Related Experience
Hourly Salary: (AMUSE C) $26.00
Estimated Number of Work Hours per Week: 5 (Part time)
