About the Role

As CTO, you’ll join the senior leadership team and lead the strategic development of scalable, AI-enhanced production and post-production workflows. You’ll design a seamless, metadata-driven content pipeline—integrating real-time tools, automation, and hybrid cloud infrastructure to empower creative teams and streamline delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect AI-driven workflows spanning acquisition to delivery
  • Lead infrastructure development (cloud/on-prem) for scalable VFX and editorial operations
  • Oversee the integration of machine learning tools across creative processes
  • Drive R&D in AI-assisted VFX, editorial automation, and synthetic media
  • Build and lead a world-class tech team across systems, pipeline, and ML
  • Ensure security, compliance, and cross-team collaboration

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years in media tech leadership (film, TV, or digital production)
  • Proven AI/ML deployment experience in post-production environments
  • Deep expertise in cloud-native workflows, DAM/MAM systems, and pipeline architecture
  • Strong grasp of media formats and standards (ACES, IMF, AS-11)
  • Visionary leadership with a hands-on, practical approach
