When the monarch of a powerful kingdom is captured, his nephew, a striving fencer is forced to abandon his Olympic dreams and lead a colonial revolt.

Richmond is the lean, athletic, and young darling of the Darko family. His sheltered upbringing has molded him into an ambitious, disciplined, and a responsible young man that will do anything to make his family proud. But his desire to become the best fencer in the world has blinded him to hidden family dynamics that are a threat to his dream. His loyalty and goodwill are tested when he is forced to shoulder the responsibilities that family drama has imposed on him. Black. No accent.
