**Casting Call – Non Union only**

Synopsis -When a reserved young woman’s unexpected pregnancy is revealed, she struggles to make a decision about parenthood that will appease her involved family.

Shooting dates: April 17th (Friday night) –April 19th, 2020

Shooting location: Toronto

Pay: volunteer (non pay)

Casting for the following-

Character Breakdown:

Lili (21-25, Female, Open Ethnicity): A people-pleaser. Private. She hesitates to tell her family about her pregnancy because she’s unsure of what she wants.

Joan (45-55, Female, Open Ethnicity): Mother. Loving. She can be overbearing to her daughter, Lili.

Damon (45-55, Male, Open Ethnicity): A mediator. Supportive of his wife and daughter, inspite of their conflicting ideas.

Uncle (40-60, Male, Open Ethnicity): Judgmental. Thinks Lili is too young to bear a child.

Aunt (40-60, Female, Open Ethnicity): Judgmental. Thinks Lili is old enough to bear a child

Submission Requirement – due to high volume of application, only those with a demo reel will be considered. If selected then a side to read followed by location of the audition will be provided.
