CASTING TWINS FOR NON-UNION THESIS FILM
LOGLINE: A professional swimmer chases down the prime suspect in her little brother’s drowning and discovers that the perpetrator looks exactly like her. A psychological thriller that explores grief, survivor’s guilt and the dangers of ignoring mental illness.
ROLE
PENNY AND HER REFLECTION: Identical twins, proficient swimmers, (10-20), all ethnicities. Penny is a determined and competitive athlete, who comes from a family of self-made immigrants, where perfection is expected. Her partner in this rigorous life is Nicholas, her younger brother. When he drowns under mysterious circumstances, she dedicates all her efforts to bring justice to him. But, will face questioning by the authorities, when she discovers that the killer, the reflection, looks exactly like her. LEAD
