Three oilfield roughnecks from Texas embark on a wild and comedic journey to South Padre Island for rest and relaxation, only to find themselves swept up in the vibrant and chaotic Charro Days festival in Brownsville in a hilarious quest to reunite one of them with his newfound love interest.

Each character demands a unique blend of comedic skills and talent, seamlessly integrating humor into each of the characters’ distinct personalities.

1. Jake Holland (Age: 25-35)
Jake Holland is the rugged, stoic leader of a group of roughnecks, with a distinct Texan swagger. Tall, lean, and muscular, he’s as resilient as he is humorous, often delivering dry, witty remarks with a straight face. His life in the oil fields has endowed him with an array of amusing anecdotes and a unique perspective on life. Jake’s humor is subtle yet sharp, often catching others off guard, adding a layer of depth to his cool, collected persona.

2. Tyler “Bubba” Dagel (Age: Late 20s to Early 30s)
Tyler “Bubba” Dagel, the gentle giant of the group, has a heart as big as his laugh. His towering presence is matched by an equally large sense of humor, often lightening the mood with his jovial nature. Bubba’s comedic timing is impeccable, and his ability to find humor in everyday situations makes him a lovable and relatable character. His warm, infectious laughter often serves as the glue that keeps the group’s spirits high.

3. Barry McCullough (Age: Late 20s to Early 30s)
Barry McCullough is the wild, fun-loving soul of the trio, with a distinctive long hair mullet that’s as bold as his personality. Known for his spontaneous and sometimes outrageous humor, he’s always up for a good laugh. Barry’s adventurous antics provide much of the film’s slapstick and physical comedy. His ability to turn any situation into a comedic moment is unparalleled, making him an unpredictable yet vital source of levity in the group. He is the prankster of the group and is always trying to make people laugh with his outrageous jokes and rants.
