Associate Producer I

Experteer Overview As Associate Producer I, you contribute to creative development across production content extensions on multiple platforms. You will stay current with technology, social media, and leadership to drive content and creativity. You work closely with cross-functional teams to shape concepts from idea to execution, delivering engaging studio and non-linear platform elements. This role offers hands-on production and opportunities to influence content direction at scale, with a focus on storytelling and technical execution. Compensation / Benefits • Oversee production of assigned video elements • Integrate visual elements to drive show content • Research and prepare story ideas for future productions • Source material from video archives for production elements • Participate in idea generation during show meetings • Contribute creative concepts for studio and non-linear TV platforms • Manage content from conception to execution • Collaborate with editors using Premiere and Quantel • Produce ENG field shoots and basic art direction when needed • Direct and provide feedback to Production Assistant and Content Associates • Operate under close supervision within defined production processes • undergo regular review by Producers and Coordinating Producers Tasks • Strong knowledge of studio show production processes • Experience in conducting complex production procedures • Understanding of how to use story ideas for various segments and features • Knowledge of using animation elements in productions • Awareness of technological and social media advances relevant to studio shows • Strong mastery of assigned sports • Bilingual writing skills in Spanish and English Key requirements •
