ISO: PRODUCTION STUDIO COORDINATOR- Starting ASAP

Running the production studio space, you will be down in the studio full time and be responsible for setting up all shoots, breaking down all equipment, backing up all footage, and working with all teams for all projects. You will check in daily with the Production Manager and Head of Studio to get assignments on upcoming shoots that need to be prepped in the space.

Must be comfortable knowing all the equipment and gear we currently have in both studios. This includes a strong knowledge of the lighting grid in our main studio. Gear needs to be properly checked out and supervised.

Cameras (C300, C100, 5D)
Must know how to build the cameras from disassembled in a pelican case to full operating on a tripod, ready to shoot.
Adjust settings on the camera according to the lights and background.
Setting up the proper lens.
Have audio synced to camera and monitors set up.

Lighting Grid and Portable Lights
Prep the lighting grid in the main studio according to the studio set up.
Greenscreen side as well as the grey curtain side.
Adjust the portable lights for Greenscreen, Livestream and Original Content shoots.

Audio Gear
Setting up all audio equipment needed for shoots – including boom mics, and lavaliers and mixer as needed

Video Village
All the proper HDMI & SDI cables for monitors.
Monitors set for multi cameras usage.
All cables must be taped down or coiled to the side.

Livestreams
Set up the computers (Macbook Pro, IPAD), TV, monitors, Camera(s) and lighting for all Livestreams in both studios.
On day of shoot pre-light the talent and check for audio

Teleprompter shoot
Set up plates, camera and teleprompter with IPAD.
Have the proper background set up (color or greenscreen).
Set up lighting and Audio.
The day of shoot pre- light the talent and check for Audio.

Sets
Help set up and move around set pieces for recurring shoots

Additional Gear
Must have knowledge of all tripod plates and suggest gear we may have to future shoots.
Any and all studio needs should be able to conveyed, as needed.

Wrapping shoots
If cameras are left for the next shoot day, they must be sandbagged properly.
Portable lights need to be either move to sides or left prepped with sandbags.
Cables need to be put away.
Studio needs to be cleaned up. No drinks left behind.
Gear needs to be checked back in everyday.
Studio must be locked if not in use at all times
Lights must be shut off in the studio space end of day

DIT
All footage that was shot needs to be dumped and organized into proper folders. Once the cards are dumped, they need to be cleared for usage the following day.
