ACTRESS FOR A SHORT COMEDY FILM
TORONTO
Hey Everybody –
I’m an award-winning director/ writer seeking an actress 20 – 30 for a short comedy film to be shot September 20th in Toronto. Audition unnecessary.
BREAKDOWN:
Darby is a young women who has just experienced the worst week of her life. Her boyfriend has just left her, she is on the verge of being fired, and a clandestine government agency is hounding her about her unpaid student loans. One night in desperation she calls the “Suicide Hotline,” a radio show with two very unorthodox hosts.
An actress with superb comedy chops who can still bring an element of truth to her work would be ideal.
Non-Union / Non paying but should be a lot of fun. Food will be provided.
