SYNOPSIS: The lives of an ambitious novelist and an alcoholic father are intentionally intertwined by a divine power to teach them that they can’t beat their own fate.
CHARACTER DESCRIPTIONS:
LEONARD – PRINCIPAL ROLE – MALE – 25-30 – ANY RACE Leonard is an ambitious and egotistical writer who thinks he is destined to be a great novelist. He’s got the arrogance of an elementary school kid who was the first to get a cellphone in his class.
DAVIS – PRINCIPAL ROLE – MALE – 30-35 – ANY RACE Davis is Death himself. He is a true gentleman. His confidence and wisdom can be read through his demeanor. He has that Don Draper charm, dangerous yet you still fully trust him.
HENRY – PRINCIPAL ROLE – MALE – 25-30 – DARK SKIN TONE Henry is a recovering alcoholic but the only thing keeping him sober is the hope of seeing his daughter again, until that hope is gone.
