STORYLINE:
Michelle L Li is an emerging garment designer and artist. Studied both at Central Saint Martins Fashion in London and Parsons School of Design in New York, Michelle participated in two of the best fashion institutions in the world.

She is passionate about breaking the boundaries between art, fashion and beyond. She is the founder of a yearly exhibition programme that showcases student art work from all the international schools in Beijing. The programme makes opportunities and connections for students from all over the world while also raises funding for art education for children in rural areas to nurture the possibility of a future generation.

With a strong interest in theatre and film, she also sets out to explore the possibilities of garments and to redefine the meaning of fashion and costume through movement and the narrative. Challenging and blurring the lines of how people acknowledge garments, Michelle’s goal is to experiment with a new form of artistic expression, with no easy definitions by merging multiple art forms.

Model-type. Must meet size/height requirements. 5’4″ – 5’6″. size 4 or under. Must be comfortable wearing a sheer top that might reveal her chest. Ideally will have a dance background but not required.
