===> WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
1. We’re looking for ACTRA and ACTRA apprentices that are looking to stay sharp, do lead roles (as all of our films are leads with 3-4 actors) who are looking to beef up their reels and be seen by an American audience!
2. We’re looking for actors that GENUINELY want to change the world through their performances. (Our videos have an inspirational theme to them)
3. Actors who will be in Montreal on those dates. (By submitting yourself or your talent, you are confirming that you or your talent would be in Montreal on those dates.)
4. Actors that are available for a 45 min table read done virtually over zoom.
6. Please submit talent with reels as we straight book from demos!
7. There are NO self-tapes requests. We will straight book if we see the right talent!

STORYLINE / SYNOPSIS:  
A compassionate dentist uncovers a young woman’s silent plea for help during a routine check-up. Suspecting foul play, he embarks on a daring rescue mission, risking everything to free her from a controlling father figure. As he introduces her to a world she’s never known, their bond deepens. But when confronted with the complexities of her captor’s motivations, can the dentist convince both father and daughter that true love means letting go? Will freedom’s price be too high to pay?

DR. ALEXANDER – LEAD ROLE – MALE – 18-29 YRS OLD
A compassionate dentist who uncovers a patient’s silent plea for help. Driven by a fierce sense of justice, he embarks on a mission to free her from her father’s oppressive hold, determined to show her the world beyond her confinement. Will his unwavering resolve be enough to break the chains of captivity, or will he find himself entangled in a story far more complex than he ever imagined?

CASSIA – LEAD ROLE – FEMALE – 18-29 YRS OLD
Trapped by her father’s lies, she unknowingly suffers from Stockholm syndrome. During a dentist visit, she pleads for help, sparking a journey of liberation and wonder. Her loyalty to her father remains, even as she experiences the world anew. Will she find the strength to spread her wings, or will the comfort of her gilded cage prove too alluring to resist?

DAMIEN – LEAD ROLE – MALE – 45-65 YRS OLD
A devout widower, terrified of losing his daughter. He keeps Cassia drugged and isolated, convincing her she’s ill. His struggle to let her go culminates in a heart-wrenching decision, swayed by Dr. Alexander’s persistent campaign. Will Damien find redemption in release, or will his grip tighten until it destroys them both?

OFFICER WARD – LEAD ROLE – MALE – 30-44 YRS OLD
A hardened, pragmatic lawman, quick to act on suspicions. He intervenes when he senses Damien’s control over Cassia, ensuring her temporary safety. Yet, his return to bring her back to her father adds a layer of complexity to her rescue. Will his rigid adherence to protocol blind him to the true nature of justice?
