Actors needed for our independent pilot project.
DEVADAS (aka APPA) – Late 50s, a Tamil immigrant father who owns a small car dealership. He’s very social within his Tamil community. Domineering, boastful and cares maybe too much about what other people think. He raises his family with the traditional, patriarchal values he grew up with which causes conflict in the home. He’s a poor communicator with his westernized children but still maintains a soft spot for them. Must be available to shoot October 17th and 18th. The actor will be required for ten hours’ work each day.

Ethnicity: South Asian/ Age: 40s to 70s.SELVI (aka AMMA) – Early 50s, a cashier in a coffee shop/bakery, and a proud mother. Loving, hardworking, and the person who does it all in the house. She tries to help her family get along, but often winds up in messy situations. Must be available to shoot October 17th and 18th The actor will be required for 10 hours each day. Ethnicity: South Asian/ Age: 40s to 70s.
